Pork Fest! Using the Lonestar Grills IVS to cook some pork (spareribs), pork (baby backs), and more pork (belly)!

Testing to see the Insulated Cabinet moisture content in this video, wanted to know if I need to wrap my ribs or now. Conclusion; they'll still benefit from wrapping. Everything came out amazing, but I do think things would have been a little more juicier and benefited from the wrap.

The pork belly came out spot on, no need for a wrap here. Man what am I going to do with 4lbs of that stuff?! So good. I'm sure I'll figure something out.

All in all, beautiful day for some BBQ. Good friends and neighbors came over so the video's a little shorter than usual.

All in all, it was a good day and a good cook.
