GPU Mining Farm - Delta 2400 PSU, Break Board Issue, Wont Boot, Stuck in Auto Restart

We are having an issue with our delta 2400w PSU. It keeps restarting itself every couple of minutes. Our rig would randomly loose gpus. We will be investigating the problem.
