These were more noble than in Thessalonica in that they received the Word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily whether those things were so.

People are the same yet different. The people of Berea were a more noble sort than those in Thessalonica because:
§ They received the word readily
§ They search the scriptures daily.
