Amber Heard Testifies on Audio Recording Where She Admits to Abusing Johnny Depp

Amber Heard testified to the audio recording of her admitting to abusing Johnny Depp in court today. She told the courtroom that Johnny Depp was the abuser and she was just fighting back. That she did not punch him, she hit him to stop him (Johnny) from punching her. Also that Johnny Depp used his security to intimated Amber Heard.

Actor Johnny Depp (58) is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation over Amber Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed (Ghost Written by ACLU), in which she spoke out about being the victim of domestic violence and implied Johnny Depp was the abuser, at least that is what Depp is arguing in his defamation lawsuit. Depp’s lawsuit argued, “on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.” Amber Heard in retaliation is counter-suing Depp for $100 million.

"“Aquaman” actor Amber Heard told jurors on Monday that Johnny Depp slammed her against a wall and wrapped a shirt around her neck during their 2015 honeymoon on the Orient Express.

Heard returned to the witness stand in Virginia where jurors are considering duelling defamation claims by the former spouses.

The pair married in February 2015 and took their honeymoon on the Orient Express train in July of that year after Depp finished filming the fifth “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie.

Under questioning from her lawyers, Heard said the couple argued about whether Depp should drink during the trip. She said they had a loving relationship when Depp was sober but that he often turned violent when drinking or using drugs.

In a sleeping car on the train, Heard said, Depp slapped her across the face and repeatedly slammed her body against a wall. He then took his shirt off and wrapped it around her neck, she told the jury.

“That’s how I woke up the next morning,” Heard said. “I woke up with it still around my neck and a giant knot on the back of my head.” "
