Abortion: A State’s Right?

Jesse’s guest, Josh Hammer recently wrote an opinion piece that said the Alito opinion was almost too normal and not far enough. Like Jesse, Hammer is an anti-abortion absolutionist. While the decision is a step in the right direction, Hammer doesn’t even believe it’s a states rights issue, that’s just one step to the eventual goal. Josh uses the slavery debate of the 1860s to show it’s infeasible to just leave it up to the states.
