Of the 57 states ... ooops, I was channeling Obama, my apologies ... of the 50 states California is one of the worst in which to live. Now if you're super-rich and English is your second language and Spanish your first, then I retract that statement. But if those things don't apply to you, then I stand by everything I said about a state whose main products are misery and misinformation.
