Azov Battalion Surrenders

Today a surrender agreement was reached between the Azov Battalion, barricaded for weeks in the catacombs under the steel mill in Mariupol. The Universe provided insight on whether civilians had been protected there, or were human shields, and also if NATO or mercenaries would try to masquerade as AZOV members during the surrender process.
