The ILLEGAL "regulation" that New York Governor and her Department of Health created gives them the power to force people to isolate or quarantine:
- wherever they say (which can include a quarantine detention center)
- for however long they want
- and they don't even have to prove that you actually have a disease or pose a health threat!

So, Attorney Bobbie Anne Flower Cox is representing Uniting NYS, together with NYS Senator George Borrello, Assemblyman Mike Lawler, and Assemblyman Chris Tague, and they are suing New York Governor Kathy Hochul, DOH Commissioner Bassett, the Department of Health, and the Public Health & Health Planning Council.

A fabulous Amicus Brief was filed by Assemblymen Andrew Goodell, Joseph Giglio and William Barclay to support the lawsuit.
