China tells G7 to stop igniting colored revolutions around the world

The first group of Ukrainian fighters surrenders at the besieged Mariupol Azov Steel Plant. Some of the wounded have been taken to hospitals in the Donetsk region. Despite the surrender of the troops at the plant the western media joins Kiev, in portraying the situation as an evacuation in what some are seeing as an information war.
