Morning Walks Series Caldas da Rainha

I feel much better when I walk six to eight thousand steps first thing in the morning. The earlier, the better. I left late today. I can't turn off my brain for the whole walk, so I stopped to share a thought. Actually about 20 minutes worth, but I decided to delete most of it. LOL
