Kiev has sent the order for Ukrainian troops to surrender in Mariupol

Kien relented and sent the order for their troops held up in the Azovstal steel plant to surrender. At least 250 troops have surrendered. However, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu commented last month that as many as 2,000 militants loyal to Kiev were holding up at Azovstal.
