Inner child reconnection has become one of my highest recommended paths for healing. In 2016, I started my own inner child healing journey and can wholeheartedly say that out of all the different methods and modalities I have worked with and tried, Inner Child healing has been the most effective. Why? Not only does it heal many wounded relationship patterns that continuously recycle old traumas, but it also activates your joy button.

Joy birthed from the innocence within us all is a pure love for life. When we reconnect with our inner child and develop a healthy relationship with our forgotten innocence, we create multiple access points to reclaiming our happiness and purpose for living.
