Finishing StreamCore Chat UI

RabbitMQ messaging is now working, so let's finish up the Chat UI. Get switched over to sending JSON across, and actually display it in webpage! We might even get the customization logic together too!

2 - Spamming (if there are multiple chatters) is not allowed and will be cause for a timeout
