Update on select GOP races in PA and NC

Rep. Madison Cawthorn, the youngest member of Congress, failed to hold onto his House seat, after critics said the 26-year-old brought too much negative attention to his North Carolina district. Mehmet Oz and Dave McCormick, because of a .5% difference rule, may face a recount of votes or a run-off while Kathy Barnette failed to gain enough votes. Doug Mastriano wins the GOP primary for Pennsylvania governor.
