BIG EGO ST(R)OKES. ARREST CONTEMPT OF COP. Charges DISMISSED. Officer Stokes. Salem Police

This incident happened over a time span of 1 and 1/2 years. Starting August 28th 2020 and ending on May 13th 2022. Officer Keegan Stokes seems to have a hard on for this gentleman that is arrested in this video. Over this year and 1/2, the Salem police department has continuously harassed and tried to use their intimidation/provoking tactics on this group of friends. I have had a couple run ins with this officer myself but he seems to want to pick on people, he thinks don't know their rights or laws. I say this because the difference between how he treats these people and how he treats me is from night to day. Hopefully this video shows even more people how important it is to record the whole entire interaction whenever you see police. Also also turn your cameras sideways.
