I happen to get my voter information guide in the mail..
Right away ,
I noticed some symbols on it ..
I think that I may have decoded the Ventura County voter guide information..
Please give this video a look and tell me what you think at the end tell me if you think I'm full of malarkey or if you think I'm spot on..

But , I forgot to mention...
On the Ventura seal..
