THE HORROR OF PARTY BEACH 1964 - Radioactive waste in barrels on a barge is dumped at sea, plunges to the bottom and opens. Waste oozes out and covers some old pirate skeletons on the ocean floor, which become encrusted vicious monsters built from microscopic sea life, crustaceans and other small creatures. They grow into monsters who feed on human blood.
