Has Twitter Committed Fraud?

As audits are taking place at Twitter it seems that Twitter may have been involved in a massive fraud. This should piss off shareholders as their hard earned investment dollars have been going to a company with employees showing up when they feel like it. In some cases taking months off at a time. Moreover they may be pumping user numbers to attract advertisers.
