Joe Biden appeared to be doing a Max Headroom impression during a speech on Tuesday. Given the very simple task of reading from a teleprompter, Biden instead decided to go with a bit of improv.

During the White House event, held to celebrate AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander) heritage month, Biden made sure to acknowledge the ‘A-A-N-I-N-H-A-P-I-I-I-I-I-I-I’ communities in the US. Someone change his batteries.
