Mass Shootings - What Causes The Evil and Hate?

In this clip from Episode 50, I ask the question "what causes the evil and hate that fuel a mass shooting?" Is it one thing or multiple things that result in the level of hate and evil required to kill innocent people?

Are there actions that can be taken within our society and culture to prevent evil and hate from developing and festering? Evil will always exist, however, what causes it and what can be done to intercede and save lives?
