Define Irony

The irony here is staggering. Here's the waste of DNA - George W Bush talking about Russian elections - where he sounds like he's describing US elections.
And the top it off by saying, "“The decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq. I mean of Ukraine," is just icing on the cake.
Then laughs about it as if he's not responsible for the fake war on Iraq which costs millions of lives. But Putin man bad.
We live in an upside down world.
