Rep. Markwayne Mullin: Abortion Key Issue on the Ballot

Fall midterm primaries are upon us and voter enthusiasm in some key states is on the side of Republicans. Republican turnout is up nearly 30 percent since the 2018 midterms in states like Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Oklahoma primaries are about a month away.
