In the state where I am sworn, it is legal to film police officers and as long as it does obstruct the job of the officer, personally I'm ok with it.
A professional cop who is acting in good faith within policy, law, etc... has nothing to hide anyways. I asked this question to a lady on a traffic stop, and she said that since I was so nice she wasn't going to post the video. Would have been boring anyways. :)
