I am sharing what has helped me heal some of my Trauma and also what may be the essential core value and belief that can keep us from being RE-traumatised. I believe the core root of most all of our Trauma is "abandonment", and the continual fear of it. The way to dissolve the FEAR of abandonment is to dissolve perceived "distance". In this video I will share a core truth about a psychological "distance" we all have formed from birth.
