Guild Wars 2 #29 - Forming the Pact

Claw Island is recovered. Zhaitan has been pushed back, for now. The orders are standing together for the first time. Now it's time for us to strike. No more reacting, it's time for us to simply act. Before that, we need a plan. We're being called out to the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE in order to form that plan. This better be worth our time.
