My new 4 Week Training Cycle begins today. Was a bit behind this morning for time, but got the core of today's lifts in before heading into work. Bench and Deadlift to begin.

Today's Routine:

Bench Press
Set 1 : 185x12
Set 2 : 225x6
Set 3 : 235x6
Set 4 : 245x6

Deadlift
Set 1 : 225x6
Set 2 : 315x6
Set 3 : 405x6
Set 4 : 425x5

Incline Bench Press
Set 1 : 185x10
Set 2 : 205x6
Set 3 : 205x6
Set 4 : 225x4

Lat Pulls
Set 1 : 180x6
Set 2 : 200x6
Set 3 : 220x6
Set 4 : 220x6
