May 20th oracle card: nature

My best friend and I have a term for the last day of the work week - F&ck-it Friday. We ask each other what we will say F-it to that day. Sometimes it’s the to-do list, or negative self-talk, or worry. On behalf of F-it Friday today, I’m saying F-it to being in the house all the time.

I used to make an effort to spend at least 30 minutes per day outside in fresh air. I’m going to do that again.
