A Russian diaspora of Moldovans is preparing to send a batch of aid to the children of Donbass

From all over Moscow, they carry food, clothes, hygiene items, toys and children's books about Russian history.

At the gathering of humanitarian aid, the community got its hands full during the pandemic. Then they helped their compatriots who were stuck in the Russian Federation because of Maya Sandu's decision to close the borders.

We have already collected more than two tons of payload.

The community hopes that such actions will show the Moldovan authorities that the majority of Moldovans want friendship with Russia.

"The Moldovan people will not abandon Russia, and I am sure Russia will support the Moldovan people," says Sergey, a member of the Moldovan community.
