Defend the Guard with David and Peter

The Defend the Guard bill is a state by state initiative that would force Congress to uphold its constitutional responsibility in sending American service members to war. If enacted in Utah, this bill would prohibit the Utah National Guard from deploying into active combat, unless Congress has officially declared war (as required by the US Constitution).
