With this recording I remove all frequencies that keep you in a loop of excessive thinking and overthinking, at the same time I assist to bring in the energies of a calm and peaceful mind.

It is said that the average person has around 60 Thousand thoughts per day. That is a lot of stuff going on in most people's mind.

A large chunk of those thoughts are based on the past or directed towards the future. Many of them
are not even yours at all. They are being picked up from all the mass consciousness noise all around you and you might be perceiving them as yours, but they are not.

The recording features beneficial Angelic, Universal and other frequencies and tones that are additionally layered with powerful energy work.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.

To help your body flush out what needs to be released you should drink plenty of pure water before and after listening to this recording.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
