Holy cow this is a shockingly long chapter! And regrettably, this chapter uses a now verboten word (not to mention some unfortunate stereotypes). Because I am not one to alter a historic text for any reason, I have uttered the forbidden word (it is used only once) to preserve the integrity of the text as written. Sorry about that, but there's nothing for it. Hopefully bitchute won't penalize me for saying the word used in this text that was still in common usage in the 19th-century...
