A digital currency and end to cash will necessarily include a social credit system to which your income will be inextricably linked. And this System IS rolling out a single, One World, trackable digital currency linked to a non-anonymous digital ID.
It's very, very bad news for anyone with any criticism of The System, if you choose to opt in.
Getting banned from Twitter will be the least of your problems.
