Madden construction

Madden construction on Highway 80 near Waskom Texas. This is a 65 MPH federal highway and this is all the effort they put into signage and warnings. A guy texting on his cell phone, blending in with the equipment and cones. Nowhere near far enough back away from the workers and very hard to pick him out from all the other signs, people, equipment and flashing lights, until you get up on him.
