Sex energy is life force energy and jerking off with an orgasm is equal to wasting this life force energy. One of the things we as humans need to learn is to learn to transmute sex energy into other things. If we think critically, the mismanagement of sexual energy is what keeps us from achieving greatness. Many yogis, gurus, and even philosophers have taught this, and many more so-called ordinary people have experienced that on their own skin.
