Why is having fun important to mental health? Or maybe your question is "Why is having fun so hard for me these days?" or maybe it's more like, "How do I have fun just... by myself... with ME?"

Today Tera and I are going to go down that rabbit hole of using fun to give yourself a very important level of self-care and self-love that too many people put on the back-burner.
