Well, that's a first! I have had a few instances where I have lost my balance a little during OHP, but never THIS BAD! 🤣. Upon reviewing the footage, I think I must have started just a tad further back than usual, and subsequently started to drift forward, during the reps. Despite this goof, I still managed to match my rep count from last week with more weight, and more than double the minimum prescribed rep count of three for this week (I think I still even had at least another rep or two, despite all of that), So hey, not bad!
