You want to make sure you get what you deserve from the insurance to cover your damages, but you are responsible for mitigating your damages. Clean up the mess and get it dried out.
If you don't have insurance or the crews to help, a box fan in each room to move the air after the wet materials are removed and framing cleaned (to prevent mold) you are doing enough. Some plastic sheeting (home improvement store for 50.00 can do most homes with pipe leaks) to cover any ceilings to prevent dust / debris and allow for turning back on the a/c to reduce the humidity and dry out your space.
