Joe Biden Is NOT Okay!

Joe Biden is not doing well. I don't believe he is in an imminent danger, however I don't see him being able to do many more press conferences in the future. If he declines much further, I don't know how he will be able to appear in public at all. I listened to a dementia patient call into a radio station today from his death bed, and that guy sounded about as lucid as Joe Biden did at his press conference.
