My Best Burger, to Date...It's AWESOME!

This is the best burger I’ve made to date. It’s a mix of Chorizo and 80/20 hamburger, shaped into a doughnut shape with a fried egg in the middle. Then it’s topped with a Chipotle mayo and it’s AWESOME!
