SUICIDE GROUPS on social media you didn't know about (Pandemic aftermath)

This was a tough video to make and do research for but it's so so important. Did you know about the suicide groups on social media? The aftermath of the situation in the world is taking its toll on the mental health. I've been invited to some of these groups and here is what I've found.
And as always, a couple of tips and tricks to raise the vibration.
