3 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
1 ⅔ cup confectioners sugar
¼ tsp cream of tartar
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)

LEMON CURD
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp butter
½ cup lemon juice
1 lemon’s zest
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt

SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM
2 egg whites
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup butter softened
½ tsp vanilla extract
