In today's episode myself and Curtis Rogers, from Midwest Farm & Land will walk the second half of this 40 acre parcel and do a pretty in-depth assessment of how good (or bad) this 'raw land' property is, what kind of changes will it need, how hard would they be, could the value of the land be increased and more. I'll also find an antler shed on this hike, could that be a sign from the woodland spirits? No matter though, we will have fun as usual, enjoy some sunshine, fresh air, a walk through the woods and we will share our thoughts on this land based on our combined many years of experience with buying and selling hunting land, raw land investing and property investing. As of the making of this video (03/23/21) we did place a written offer on this property, and we got a counter offer, and are now sending back our final counter offer!
