How much money can Derrick Jaxn lose in a divorce?! Derrick lives in Atlanta, and I have practiced family law in Atlanta for the past 20 years. I know how these judges will think about Derrick's case. I give you the inside information on how much Derrick has at risk in a divorce.

The first issue that will come up in Derrick's divorce will be property division. He has over 750,000 YouTube subscribers, he has written 11 books, and he has investment properties and other investments. He can easily make $1 million to $2 million per year. How will a judge divide up all of Derrick's assets? What will happen to the YouTube business and other businesses? What about all of the real estate? The investments? Will it all be split 50/50? The answer is no, not necessarily. In many states, judges divide all of the assets 50/50. This, however, is not the case in Georgia. Here in Atlanta, Derrick's judge will divide the assets in a manner that the judge feels is "fair." This is terrible for Derrick, because the judge will absolutely consider all of the infidelities that he has committed. Further, the judge will consider all of the hypocritical videos that Derrick has uploaded over all these years on YouTube where he was telling men not to cheat and to respect their relationships with women. After considering all of the evidence, a judge could easily give the wife 75% or even 100% of all the martial assets.

Further, the judge will consider other issues such as alimony and child support. Additionally, Derrick Jaxn's wife's attorneys could also request a JURY TRIAL, whereby 12 residents of Atlanta would sit on the jury, listen to all of the evidence, and then decide how much of the martial assets he will receive, how much of the marital debts he will get stuck with, how much alimony he would have to pay, and how much child support he will have to fork over. In the event of a divorce, Derrick could absolutely be financially crushed. In this video, I explain why.
