Time for a workout challenge! This is a great challenge you can add into your daily routine or even at the end of your workouts as a burn out!🔥

No equipment needed so you can complete anywhere at anytime. Try it with me at home or do it in the gym either as a glute activation or a booty finisher after your workout.

Timer included so all you need to do is follow me.😉 You can perform this more than once if you want an even longer booty workout.
