Ukrainian Troop Levels

Zelensky claims Ukraine has 700,000 troops.
Sounds good on paper but it's obvious this is not true.
The FM says the situation in Donbass is "not good". For Ukraine, that is.
Yet they make it clear they will keep this going the rest of this year.
