Biden defends NATO allies, but weakness on Ukraine sends wrong message to China on Taiwan

Biden sent a strong message about defending NATO allies during his State of the Union. He also hoped to dissuade China from action on Taiwan. But, will his actions align with his words if push comes to shove? After the botched Afghanistan withdrawal and sacrificing strategic ambiguity in Ukraine by the U.S., there is reason to be skeptical.
