Solution:
Press firmly down on the right tails penny then flick the heads penny into it so that the energy moves through the right tails penny into the left tails penny, moving it. You may need to use the heads penny to press down on the right tails penny so you can remove your finger without moving it. Then simply slide the heads penny in between the two tails pennies to make the line.
