All Washington counties now in Phase 3 of reopening

Today marks the beginning of Phase 3 of Washington Governor Jay Inslee’s Healthy Washington Roadmap to Recovery plan. Restaurants can now open up to fifty percent capacity for indoor dining, along with gyms, fitness centers, and theaters. Up to 400 people can attend events such as concerts, graduations, and weddings under the new rules, but only if mask usage and physical distancing are enforced. Counties will be evaluated every three weeks to see if they are continuing to meet the metrics necessary to remain in Phase 3. The first assessment is due April 12th.
