The Biden's administration is finalizing a plan to dole out crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its 'Harm Reduction Plan.' With today’s Americans for Limited Government Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen.
The $30 million grant program will begin doling out money in May, intends to provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to make drug use safer, to advance – quote racial equity. Here’s what Louisiana Senator John Kennedy had to say about the obviously outrageous use of taxpayer money.
Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.): I don’t think when moms and dads lie down at night and can’t sleep, they are worried about clean injection sites and sterile crack pipes. The issue. Mr. President is crime. The issue, Mr. President is how to stop it. Not how to encourage it.

A spokesperson for the Health and Human Services Department said taxpayer money could be used to buy pipes for users to smoke substances like crack cocaine and crystal methamphetamine, or 'any illicit substance.'
