Would making prostitution legal help?

Last week a crazy individual went into an Atlanta Massage parlor and shot 8 victims. The news media said it was because of race. But the killers own words said it was him getting rid of temptations.

So I wanted to speak on this sensitive subject the best I can and start trying to figure out how to fix the issues regarding prostitution and human trafficking.
